ISS2 LIDAR VAD (Velocity Azimuth Display) data is now available in the TimeHeightPlot web visualization tool.

Also, the barbs for horizontal speeds < 2.5 m/s now conform to the EOL convention of the dots being placed on the heads of the barbs, rather than the tails. (Thanks to Isabel for bringing this to my attention.)
