- Work on converters for various data types is ongoing
- The UFO CRTM interface is supporting version 3.0. Feedback from partners using version 2.4.0 has been received, and Francois & BenJ will discuss compatibility issues.
- Collaboration with NCAR on MPAS-JEDI and OU for the radar operator is evolving. A PR is pending on NCAR's review.
- Fabio presented results testing TMS TROPICS at the WMO Impact conference.
- Hailing has ongoing work on super refractions in UFO JEDI, with major filters available in UFO showing promising results.
- Planning to continue work on aircraft VarBC now that the convention has been merged into develop. A clear timeline is desired.
- Space weather work is in the initial stages. Py-IRI will be added to the JEDI bundle. A summer space weather workshop is scheduled for August 28-29, 2024, limited to US participants (CU, Navy, etc.), with an international workshop planned for later.

- Limited updates; ongoing tests with the latest OOPS updates. Most tests pass without issue.
- Discussing different configurations for observing systems and BUFR reader migration with EMC.
- Interacting with Clémentine about GEOS JEDI runs to replicate GMAO processes.
- Unable to receive JEDI state to GEOS; efforts are ongoing to adapt IAU to receive JEDI states.

- CI for GitHub has been added to MetOffice.
- Observations side:
- Working on 3D-FGAT suites and hyperspectral IR with correlated observation error, currently behaving as the current system.
- AMV and other observations approved for trials.
- Reprocessing of obs for land DA
- Reprocessing observations for land DA and testing Doppler radial winds for regional DA (Mike Cook is leading this).
- Batch trials with seven different types of observations.
- Model side:
- Two model interfaces for LFRIC (lite and standard) are near freeze.
- Improvements in the interface for the TL model.Hernan demonstrated interest on radial wind for ocean
