Well, here we are in Lewes De. and is it hot!All personnel are now here for the set up phase as of last night and we have finally got the boats and motors in hand.The 15 foot Jon boat was purchased yesterday, and the cataraft was constructed.We picked up the motor for the cataraft today and installed it on the boat.We also took both boats out onto the water this afternoon for a test cruise and pronounced them both sea worthy.The base is in place and mostly set up, although I can see we will have to look into a place to store all the empty sensor boxes and extra hardware.Possibly a storage establishment close to the campus.Our plan is to enter the marsh tomorrow to begin the infrastructure installations.Kevin Beam will join us on Friday to assist with station locations.
