If you are having issues with your camera or microphone on this service, you should attempt to reset your browser’s permissions for this site. Then refresh the diagnostics site and start again.
  4. Continue the on-screen instructions to select the correct audio and camera settings and confirm they are working.
  5. If your tests fail, follow any recommended steps from BlueJeans or submit any error messages you receive to a help ticket.
