20140611 - JV HRD previously provided a flight for this storm, but then realized that it actually belonged to Dennis. Here is Neal Dorst's note:
I found out that an Air Force recco flight from 1999 was listed both under Cindy and Dennis.
(19990827U4) I’ve checked and it was a flight into Dennis. There were NO aircraft missions into
Cindy as it recurved far to the east of Bermuda. Since this one flight was the only reason I had
a storm catalog entry for Cindy I have removed Cindy from the 1999 list and deleted its pages.
You should check your catalog and remove any listing of a flight into Cindy and ensure that
the mission on the 27th is properly listed under Dennis.
