Auditorium for Lectures, Conferences and Meetings
Description & Benefits:
Provide an auditorium/ classroom for lectures, conferences and community meetings. The space could be made available to the community in Wyoming to have science clubs, and meeting of related topics. By having facilities that can be rented for external use the center would be accessible and be community-friendly.
UCAR/NCAR's role:
Have a contact person to make the reservations. Create a Room Reservation system. There should be no extra cost, rooms would only be available if not used by the supercomputing center staff.
External roles:
Little external coordination necessary.
