Walk-through Days for Media and Policymakers during Construction
Description and Benefits:
Keep media and key stakeholders involved in the construction process by inviting them to a walk-through. Great photo opportunities after achieving essential milestones such as ground breaking, roof installation, first computers are delivered, etc...
This would be a good opportunity to maintain the enthusiasm of the project.
UCAR/NCAR's role:
NCAR would organize the event, provide guided tours and host a reception.
External roles:
Coordination with external partners for the dates and invitations and cost.
Timeframe:
After essential milestones are met.
