Walkway To Visitors Center
Description and Benefits:
Have an indoor walkway to the Wyoming visitor center. This would be a nice addition so people would not have to travel in the weather to go between the buildings. It could be climate controlled by alternative energy.
UCAR/NCAR's role:
Make the construction of the facility to allow such a connection.
External roles:
Work with the Wyoming developers to create such a connected building structure.
