NEXT MEETING APRIL 17, 2007 - ROUGH AGENDA:

1. Wrap up discussion of Main Navigation categories and sorting content into each. Decide on and post a common content matrix to guide developers in standardizing main nav labels and where content goes. Finalize how to share the code (XHTML & CSS) to keep the main nav consistent.  Discuss implementation timelines and issues.

2. Further discussion & plans re: evolving NCAR and Lab websites toward closer design/architecture identity and interoperability.  Develop a phased plan to meeting decided-upon goals (...in 3 months we'll achieve this... in 9 months...).  Discussion of how NCAR developers think this affects currently combined UCAR/NCAR/UOP web identity, and how to make sure we enhance communication, and don't confuse our users.

3.  Other News from the Labs?  From NCAR/NSF/UCAR?

4. Re-introduce our brief Content Management System discussion, which leads into the Professional Development topic.

1.  Markus will lead a discussion about Content Management Systems.  2 or 3 people (TBD) will present 5-10 minute examples of JSP, Perl, and PHP-based Systems.
