Besides the outputs mentioned in ??3) Intent(out), CVMix needs to be able to provide diagnostics when requested.

We need a vmix_diags_type data type, and logic to determine what values (if any) need to be updated / when they need to be updated. The model will then need to get the diagnostics out of this data type.

At this point, there is no implementation to speak of... but it's definitely a necessary feature.
