Aerocivil Colombia tasks
- Continuing setup of GEN_BE code
  - Cheyenne not letting me submit qsub jobs from command line, opened CISL help ticket because otherwise I have to completely rearrange my workflow
RAL retreat and Christmas party Tuesday
Started work on verification workflow
- Fixed some problems due to wrfinput and wrfbdy
- Ran into unrelated problems running WRF with a different core arrangement (trying to reduce cost and speed up the testing and troubleshooting process)
  - Turns out this was just Cheyenne being Cheyenne
- Workflow now runs through WRF forecast with reduced core count and wallclock time, but Cheyenne is still being Cheyenne so now rocotto is broken.
Attended CISL seminar on how to use Caldera/Geyser from Cheyenne
Evaluated and gave feedback on project proposals from Louisa

  - CISL replied to previous problem, PBS does not work well with command-line, refactored script to use a submission script.
  - Ran successfully after solving the last Yellowstone→Cheyenne porting issues! (for WRFDA version)
Verification Workflow
- Running into new issue with rocoto, contacted Jamie and CISL
- Rocoto got fixed Wednesday, WRF runs successful!
  - May need to make some namelist changes
- UPP failing
  - Made new fix files necessary for UPP 3.1
  - Still hitting GRIB2 issues
  - Got a potential fix from Jeff Beck, could not test it due to Cheyenne being down

- Had trouble testing due to lag on local machine, opened ticket with RAL IT
