reporting 7 volt
14 Sept 11:30

cleaned - now OK

Events:

  • 30 Jul: CT22 was outputting 7V, caused by a shorted probe support.  CT22 was very hot, so I didn't quite trust it going forward.  Thus, I put CT23 in CT22's position and used CT22 cabling.
  • 1 Aug: 2m was shorted (replaced probe support); 4m was open (SF4 is now bad).  Also cable 32IN was bad: replaced by 33IN (but CTA32 and cable 32OUT are still being used for 4m.
  • 2 Aug: hotfilms still running.  To monitor, I use:

    data_dump -i -1,501 -i -1,510-513 sock:localhost:31000 (now aliased to "hfd" on ustar)

  • 3 Aug, about 10:00 – all hotfilm probes rotated to horizontal.
  • 14 Sept, 2 meter reported 7 volts (short), cleaned coax connector and reseated probe at ~ 11:30 at probe started reporting correctly again.
