Files to send to GTS:
BUFR only, no TEMP. Jacquie's document says all BUFR files. By Holger's document, all BUFR is 309057 (ascending) and 309056 (descending). I'm a little unsure about whether GTS wants descending BUFR, but as far as I can tell this is correct?
FTP destination to submit files to GTS: /net/ftp/pub/data/incoming/radiosonde (I think?)
