My intention is to put our packages on http://www.eol.ucar.edu/software/R^{Image Removed}, but currently the web server does not allow downloads from that location. In the meantime, the packages are at http://www.eol.ucar.edu/isf/projects/METCRAXII/isfs/R^{Image Removed}. I've made a script "update_R" in the project script directory which will fetch and install the packages on Linux.
