Modifications:

090717, jwm     Added readings by Ned Patton on 7/17/09.  Note roughly 100-lb drop on each, but there was no shift on the anchors/base per-paint applied; ie stretching.

091001, csg  Anchors looked good.  Tensions were fine.  May need some tensioning on South guy-wires soon.

*100528, egp  *Anchors looked good, not shifting.  Kurt recommends re-tensioning guy wires complete with transits to re-plumb tower.  July 2010?
