The Montecito tower site (34.489377, -119.649933) is located on a small hill off of E Camino Cielo, approximately 13.7 miles east of San Marcos Pass Road (Highway 154). There is a parking area (34.489003, -119.649824) on the north side of the road with room for multiple vehicles. The path that will be utilized for carrying the equipment to the site leaves from the east side of the parking lot and continues approximately 100’ north to an open area on the hill.
