Access

The Figueroa Mountain tower site (34.731984,-120.009945) is down a small trail south of a parking lot and garage that is part of the USFS Fire Station complex (Fig. 6). There is room for parking multiple vehicles in the southeast corner of the lot (34.733480, -120.008597). The path that will be utilized for carrying the equipment to the site leaves from the southeast corner of the lot and continues southwest approximately 700’ to a point of good exposure and location of the tower site.
