Preflight

Removed the PPS for DSM 303 from the distribution amp and applied contact cleaner. Hooked back up. System started and the PPS to DSM 303 was good. Stayed that way for the entire flight.

2DS RH at start was 10.5%

Takeoff was at 0247; there was some rain on the plane from a light shower that occurred during taxi.

Went through clouds on climb out.

0318 rebooted VCSEL because the dew point and 2 other variables were NAN

0322 rebooted VCSEL a second time; it took 3 to 5 minutes, but VCSEL came back up.

0353 Noticed that the cavity pressures between DPR and DPB were about 50 mb apart. Verified that in ACCLIP they were about 20 mb apart. We will look at it when we have time.

0643 swapped out the PTT cable on the MC rack due to audio not working consistently. It was reported that it had happened on RF01 also. Cable in in the galley with a piece of tape stating it is suspect.

0744 All AEROS sessions stopped updating at this time. Nimbus was updating, but there was an error message (see picture) about not being able to connect to the server. We had just started our descent in DSM, so time was limited. I stopped DAQ which appeared normal. I tried to restart with continuing RF02, and the data system started, but Nimbus would not start. Tried again and got an error message saying that it could not read the flights table. At that point I had run out of time and ideas, so we completed the flight with no data.

Post-flight, Catherine came aboard and looked at the data system. One of the disks had filled up, and that was causing the issue. She cleaned up the system, and we verified functionality prior to leaving. She will have more information on the exact cause of the issues.
