Performed CDP Cals

Cleaned CDP windows

Cleaned 2D-C mirrors

Cleaned lenses on RSTB, RSTB1, and RSTT

Cleaned IRT and VIST domes

Cleaned VCSEL

Flushed Temp Probes with water

UHSAS ethernet cable repaired - tab needed to be bent upward, now it seats into the network hub properly

RAF CN plate removed and opened up by Justin for cleaning. Critical orifice was cleaned and put back together

RAF CN filled with butanol

New exhaust line ran from the ISAF instrument to window exhaust port on right side bulkhead

New instrument (temp controller) installed in R-6 rack

Pulled PCASP Probe for Justin. He changed the desiccant in the drier tube. Then reinstalled and tested.

7/26/25

Cleaned RSTB, RSTB1 and RSTT

Cleaned IRT and VIST domes

Cleaned 2D-C mirrors - residue removed from both

Cleaned VCSEL mirrors - a tiny pit is visible in the lower mirror

Flushed both temp probes with water

Cleaned DPT and DPB

Checked radome for moisture in pressure lines. Moisture present in top ADIFR line only. Blew out top ADIFR line.

Filled RAF CN with butanol

Checked radome for moisture in pressure lines. Moisture present in top ADIFR line only. Blew out top ADIFR line. Opened all lines to let them air dry - just because.

Performed CDP Cal

Justin pulled the PCASP probe to replace the dessicant

Justin pulled the CN plate to work on the pump flow meter

8/13/25 Maintenance

-Power and access for users

-Replaced PCASP desiccant beads

-Cleaned bottom camera lens

-Cleaned RSTB & RSTB1

-Cleaned CDP lens

-Cleaned VECSEL (laser intensity measured at 1250 after cleaning)

-Removed CV #3 (4% SO2)

-2DC Diode Voltages: DIOV01=3.13 , DIOV32=3.5 , DIOV64=2.88

-Blew out DPT and and DPB

-Tested ICS Station #11 with new push to talk switch. No issues found with audio levels when speaking.

8/17/25 Maintenance

-Power and access for users

-Replaced PCASP desiccant beads

-Cleaned RSTB, RSTB1, RSTT, Top Stabilized Platform Radiometers

-CDP Calibration

-Changed CV #3 (4% SO2) and CV #4 (0.5% SO2)

-Cleaned DPB (dewpoint flag and head)

-Changed TOGA Helium cylinder

8/19/25 Maintenance

-Power and access for users

-Inverters remained on and functional throughout duration of maintenance day

-Installed AMS Computer in R3 Outboard Rack. Issue with AMS Top UPS. Battery connected outputs not providing power. Display / Primary Power Switch is not working. Manual indicates bad battery. Solution is to bypass the upper UPS by connecting TOFS Power Supply and Computer 60 Hz cables to power strip on 60Hz circuit 2.

-Camera still not sending images to the ground; Janine has contacted Chris and Carol since it is an LDM issue that came up during power drop yesterday

-L-10 Ozone instrument working properly again after having issues yesterday after power drop

-Inspected radome lines - no moisture

-Inspected VSCEL - cleaning not needed

-Changed CO2 calibration cylinder (Right #1) 

-L-10 Inboard Aeros re-installed and operational (old Aeros configuration files saved to Desktop > Aeros config)

-Changed PCASP desiccant beads

-Removed and re-installed HARP for calibration

8/26/25 Maintenance

-Power and access for users

-Cleaned VCSEL, RSTB, RSTB1, RSTT, and SP Radiometers

-Removed and reinstalled CV #3 for HOX

-Removed and reinstalled CN Counter plate for scientist cleaning in the lab (cleaned critical orifice)

-Changed PCASP desiccant

-Changed Zero Air cylinder for CO2 instrument (Right #3)

8/29/25 Packing Day

-Power and access for users

-Packed containers and prepared for shipment (to be picked up on Tuesday 9/2 and arrives at RAF on Friday 9/5)

-Removed R-6 A-ATOFMS cabling

-Removed R-1 TRAC instrument
