- received new polarization angles for TROPICS, computing new CRTM coeffs
- support work after FTP address change of CRTM coeffs repos
- (Cheng:) started to merge v2.4.1 features into CRTM V3, first on aerosol updates, with more on surface emissivity in the coming weeks.
