CGD has a few spaces with a Google Chromebox for Google Meet conferences. If you bring your own device you can also present using an HDMI connection to the screens in the room. The systems are available for use by staff and visitors, however they must be reserved in advance. Scheduling is through Google Calendar. Users are encouraged to send a ticket for assistance, and to schedule a test session with your remote site prior to your actual meeting time.
