A CWEX station consists of:

  • Viper CPU, compact flash, usb flash drive
  • 1 8 port Diamond Emerald serial card
  • Diamond pc104 power supply
  • 1 CSAT3, reporting at 20Hz, non-oversampled mode (Ac)
  • either
    • Licor 7500, reporting at 20Hz
    • Serializer in CSAT3 electronics, with CSI Krypton
  • Vaisala barometer
  • GPS
  • two TRH's with fans
  • 1 RMY prop
  • Wisard base mote
  • Cradlepoint CTR350 router, with wifi disabled
  • Verizon USB760 cellular modem

The stations are transmitting continuously over the cellular modem.
