Objectives = discuss advances on WRF+, introduce Scott to the team and coordinate work

- ThomasN is currently inclined towards OpenAD, but still evaluating other options (Tapenade, TAF, ...).
- NAG is proceeding with their FORTRAN compiler efforts but this is too tentative to count on and would probably be longer term.
- Tom Henderson has provided a tar file with (Fortran+ruby) tools for derivation (i.e. simplification) of WRF NL model for TAF and generating automated test routines.
Actions
- Thomas N: provide TL testing tools to Beau
- Beau: Evaluate TL tools above for inclusion in consolidated branch
- Xin/Beau: document what other wrf+ branches represented
- Beau: Current TLADJ test is only 1 step, needs to be expanded (10-12 steps, 6 hours?)
- Scott: Look for "low hanging fruit" in mpi optimization issue: solve_em_adj routine
- Tom: define schedule, aka set deadline for build/evolve decision and AD tool choice
