Recommendations

  • Open System Preferences > Bluetooth
  • Check the “Show Bluetooth in menu bar” box
  • Shift + Option + Left click on the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar > Debug > Reset Bluetooth Module
  • System Preferences > Bluetooth > Remove troublesome bluetooth device and reconnect it
  • If you are still having issues, open the Self Service application on your mac and use the Fix Bluetooth option.

NOTE: The Fix Bluetooth option will reset all bluetooth devices and reboot your computer. Keep in mind that your bluetooth keyboard and mouse will need to be synced by connecting them to your computer via cable or using a wired input device to go through setup.
