Isabel had mentioned that we might consider a script to cycle power if we see these go out, or perhaps just periodically (daily?) to be proactive. I'm beginning to think that this would be a good idea.
However, within the next 1-2 weeks, the manufacturer plans to send us a software upgrade, to be installed in the field during our next visit. This might solve the problem we're seeing, so we might hold off on the power cycle fix.
