Monday August 21 - post Tropical Storm Hilary

tropical Storm Hilary dumped over 2" on rain on Tonopah starting Saturday Aug 19 through early Monday Aug 21

On startup we were hitting the grouds between azimuth 60 and 80 2 to 3 km in range

We stopped the lidar and Shane looked at the long angle housekeeping data and it went from 0.38 to 0.35 deg

The trans angle went from -.105 to .003

We raised the PPI elevation angle from 0.0 degree to 0.1 degree and no longer hit the ground
