- qhold, qrls, qselect, qalter, and qmove commands
- 'cqstat --schedinfo' will show the latest scheduling attempts
- partlist now shows partitions sorted by size, instead of location of the machine
- jobs can be administratively assigned an Index value, to raise their scheduling priority
- queues can have a scheduling priority assigned
- more scheduling heuristics (largest-first, smallest-first, etc.)
- reservations can be assigned to an existing queue, and can be cyclic (e.g. every Tuesday at 1pm)
