Procedure for Deleting Users

1. Find user accounts that no longer have LDAP entries
2. Look to see how much data they have in their home directory and in their ptmp directory
3. Remove their ptmp data
4. Tar ball their home directory and keep for 6 months (I just leave these tar balls in home so I can easily remove them once we hit 6 months)
5. Remove their passwd file entry
6. Remove them from any groups they are members of
7. Keep a dated list of the accounts removed
