1210: adjusted SPN-1 level (off by about a bubble -- the soil post is leaning)
1213: dry wiped radiometers
Until 1225: messed with shadownband adjustment. Shifted the aziumth a bit to point nearly S, adjusted elevation to 60 deg (from 53), adjusted sensor level, moved collar to center shadow.
